I was using the name brand Sunfiber purchased locally, and wanted to try this because it was much less expensive. When I opened it, the color was different, so I was a little worried. Kind of off-white, white like the sunfiber but also with yellow flecks. It still dissolves perfectly and is completely tasteless. It still gives me all the fiber goodness I need.

Overall it’s not bad. I’ve tried many fiber supplements and this is in the middle / mid-high of the ones I’ve tried. It blends very easily and the taste is very mild if any. I will say that I do prefer flavored versions vs. non flavored. The product has many good ingredients, based on reading the labels it is vegan friendly and overall if you want Vegan options this is worth a shot. For me though, I’m going to shop around a bit more before picking it up again.

Bluebonnet Nutrition Sunfiber is a 30-day supply of guar gum powder. It is non-GMO, vegan, Kosher, and low FODMAP. It is pure guar gum, and is free of any other additives. It is free of contaminants from gluten, wheat, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, nuts, peanuts, soy, and sesame.
The canister contains a measuring scoop, and each scoop provides 6 g of hydrolyzed guar gum. I found that it dissolves easily in warm and hot liquids. In cold liquids it requires more stirring or blending. I have used many other guar gum supplements in the past and this was true of all of them. The product is sold by weight, 7.4 Oz. I weighed the contents and it weighed in at 7.4 Oz.

I have been taking additional fiber for years. I started with a brand name version that had sugar in it and then changed to plain psyllium, which works, but clumps. This Bluebonnet fiber is so much easier to consume. I mix it with my vitamin C powder, water and then add some tart cherry juice. No more clumping. It’s much easier to drink and seems just as effective for me. I like that it’s all natural. The price point seems reasonable. I have been happy using this product so far.

The Bluebonnet soluble fiber has been a great way to boost the amount of fiber I get in my diet. Each serving is 6g, with 30 servings in total in the tub. There is a taste to it, and it can be a little disorienting, but works fine if you have other flavors to drown it out

It is convenient and does dissolve easily and has no taste. Stays fresh in the container. Other products I’ve used have worked better for me, but this brand is a little less expensive than other brands. It is worth trying, as we are all different and so are our needs.
