Love this vitamin brand after years of eating, gummy vitamins, and not feeling any benefits this was a nice change. I like the glass bottle the vitamins don’t have any weird smell or taste, and the ingredients list tells you exactly what the vitamins are derived from.

Feb. 25 2021 These Bluebonnet Mulit Vitamin/Mineral capsules have been my “go to” main supplement for many years. At a cost of approximately 0.36 cents per cap cost buying the 120 count bottle, that’s a good load of nutrition. Have a look at the label, it’s just about a “who’s-who” in vitamins & minerals.
Bluebonnet has a similar one that I did try. Unfortunately they were GIANT tablets. I found them difficult to swallow and struggled through to finish up the bottle. In previous years, I did use the Bluebonnet LIQUID vitamin and mineral supplement, which I did like, e.g. to add it to smoothie type concoctions.

I like the fact that these vitamins don’t source the calcium from oyster shell. They are free of shellfish and since I am allergic to shellfish these are safe for me to take. They work well.

Good all around Vitamin/Mineral daily supplement. Same product recommended to me at the health food store but at a better price. Don’t buy that junk at the drug store. Get a product with good ingredients, not the poisonous, chemicals that are only used because they give the companies higher profits.
