I’m on my 3rd bottle and I think its helping to control cravings and crashes. I’ve been losing weight through intermittent fasting and jogging but I still crash in the afternoon and get strong cravings for junk food. I think this levels it out a bit. My goal is to “fix” my metabolism not just lose weight and I think this supplement is helping support my efforts even if it’s not doing the heavy lifting. It’s fairly priced if consider how much it would cost to buy each ingredient separately.
