Let us start with the packaging, and then we shall move on to the product, which is the Blistex Medex.
I received my various items today, and the packaging of this item was disappointing. The packaging was open and there is one missing. I’m not going to cry about it, because accidents happen, and the workers probably have an unrealistic goal that they have to meet.
The Blistex is great. I really like the smell and how it makes my lips feel.
That’s all.

I was hoping it’s the same as the round one and it is. Not a huge fan of the mint flavor but it’s the only lip moisturizer that works during the cold months for my quick drying lips. The round one is good too but a stick is more hygienic when you’re outside your house and can’t always wash your hands

I expected these to be the yellow Canadian version of the lip medex. It’s not. It’s white like the regular American one— thought the smell and flavor is like the Canadian version. I don’t know if they changed the formula— or if this just isn’t the Canadian version that I love.

I have been using the jar version of Lip Medex my entire life and the fact that they have now come out with a stick version is possibly the greatest thing that has ever happened to me. I sprinkle these things throughout my house, office, car, bags, jackets, and everywhere else I can think of because the thought of being more than three feet away from one at any given moment gives me the chills. I love these things. They hydrate and protect your lips, feel slightly minty and refreshing but don’t burn, and they aren’t inclined to melt the way the ones in the jar can. They are superior to Burt’s Bees in my opinion because they aren’t quite as waxy and firm, plus they offer more moisture and healing ingredients rather than just creating a barrier. Buy them, but not too many, because I need there to be some left for me.
