I have only bought this product once but am considering buying it again.
This product feels more like an exfoliater than a body wash. It smells very good and did not irritate or dry out my skin (I already have dry and sensitive skin with allergies to some fragrances and self tanning products).
The only reason I gave this product a medium review was because the jar of scrub only lasted me about 1.5 weeks. I was using it inconjunction with the other fat girl products and could not tell when I stopped using it. Out of the all of the fat girl products I would recommend the 6 pack abs product (I have tried the scrub, fatgirl slim, love handler and fatgirl sleep),

This product had limited reviews online but the few were positive, so I decided to give it a try. Just 24 hours after applying the scrub to my thighs, I became extremely exhausted around noon–like the energy crash coffee drinkers get from lack of caffeine. It was hard to stay concentrated at work, and by 6 p.m., I was ready for bed. I don’t drink coffee or soda, so maybe people who have caffeine in their systems won’t have the same side effects. But after four days of crashing every day around noon, I stopped applying the scrub. Within a day, my energy levels and mental sharpness were back to normal. I still have cellulite, but at least I can function.

I use this every day in conjunction with the FatGirl Slim, and the routine has seemed to make a difference in the smoothness and firmness of my legs. (I also run every day, so that helps too!) The smell of this scrub is fairly pungent, with a slight menthol-y overtone. It feels bracing on the legs and rinses off smoothly and completely (no greasy residue, no lingering scent). It supposedly contains pink Himalayan salt, which sounds exotic, but I’m not sure what special aesthetic effect it imparts.
If you have sensitive skin, this scrub might be a bit harsh for you – or, you might want to use it less often. As a side note, I have seen an improvement in my keratosis pilaris (those annoying little red bumps around the hair follicles) with this product, too, so – win, win!
My only gripe is that the container is SO small for the price. But, what price beauty?

I’ve used every scrub there is out there, DermaDoctor, Caudalie, Ole Henriksen, Fresh. I’ve even made my own. I have slight KP on my arms and nothing seems to help. I even tried a scrub made specifically for KP (which I bought on Amazon) and it only made it worse. Nothing works like this scrub. I’ve been using it since Bliss first came out with it in a tube. It was smelly, dark green, and very hard to get out of the tube. But it worked. When they changed to a tub and to a less stinky, pink scrub, I have to say I missed the old formula, but this was easier to use and had the same results. I use it all over and it leaves your skin so smooth. It’s a wonderful all-over exfoliator, despite that it is marketed as a cellulite reducing scrub. As for its claims to reduce cellulite, I have always had great results from this. For that purpose I scrub my posterior, upper thighs, hips and stomach. It’s not a miracle scrub, but the extra massage you end up giving your body, along with the caffeine this contains definitely provides some benefits. And again, it leaves your skins wonderfully smooth.
If you are looking for cellulite improvement they do have a cellulite lotion to follow up with, both one for day and one for night. Personally, I loved to follow it with Shiseido’s cellulite lotion (not sure if they make it anymore) and Murad’s body firming cream after. I liked Caudalie Contouring Concentrate as a top layer to leave my skin, particularly my thighs, silky soft and tight skin shiny.
Also, as others have noted, it does leave a residue on your tub or shower. I recommend keeping some Scrub Free or something close by and spraying down after you use. The more you let it build up, the harder it is to remove. It does not leave a residue on you though!

Smells good, didn’t see much of a difference. Tried it for a month, maybe if it were longer some changes would ve been made.

Does a great job when used in conjunction with the other products in the line. Otherwise, the results aren’t super noticeable.
Note: per the product’s claims, the scrub helps along with proper diet and exercise, I.e. If you don’t exercise and you do eat solely McDonalds, it might not work like you would hope 😉

Love this product! Worth it’s weight in gold. It leaves your skin smooth as butter.
Recommend to anyone want a great exfoliant; especially to get rid of dead cells and renew skin surface.

I swear the first time I used this product, there was a noticeable reduction in my abdomen area. Super helpful in bloat reduction as well.
