The taste is really strong, can’t get used to drink it with coffe , but with green tea it’s actually nice!

Idk if it’s a placebo effect or it works really well but I feel like my testosterone levels increase when I take this in the morning so I think I’ll keep using it. I find the best way to consume it is by making a tea out of it. Warm water, honey, Shilajit, cinnamon, a dash of salt and it’s pretty enjoyable. Don’t try to eat the resin by itself, it’s not good, yucky even.
