I seen some of the reviews of this product making people sick, but I thought I’d try it anyway for tonsil stones and bad breath. I took just one and its horrible.. it dried out my mouth, I waited an hour before I ate and when I did the food made my mouth burn and itch, I had a slight sore throat for the rest of the night and a stuffy nose. You also CANT return this. Don’t get it.

It is hard to get my child to hold it in her mouth and not chew it. But the taste is good so she never refuses to take one. So that’s a win. No sore throats or ear infections as of yet, I will know for sure after Christmas.

If you have bad breath caused by acid reflux, LPR, and post nasal drip, if you clean your tongue, totally sterilize your mouth with multiple different mouthwashes, then take some of this stuff you’ve cultured in milk and consume it slowly over the course of a couple of hours, you can get 2-3 days of clean smelling tongue before the competing bacteria will win and come back. I plan to do more future experimentation but bottom line, the anaerobes that are already there will tend to out-compete these strains eventually.
Still an interesting product with an interesting experiment I plan to try again.

I like this product so far, I only recently got it. My main issue is I ordered 2 boxes, but only received one. I went through my order but there didn’t seem to be any way to contact the seller or report the missing item. Disappointing because I share these with my spouse, so one box will last us 15 days.

I am not imagining this, but I swear by this product’s miraculous qualities, all my family members had some type of cold or allergic symptom in the summer of 22, I made sure at the time I took one of these before going to bed…..felt a slight sore throat one or two days but no runny nose or cough like them; I really attribute me escaping catching their bug to this lozenge, without a doubt.

Words cannot describe my joy at having stumbled across this product! My 8yo has SUFFERED from persistent throat and sinus issues for years, with the last several months having had a persistent tickley cough and cobblestone throat that nothing would fix. She has seen ENTs, tried various sprays, gargle, antihistamines, lozenges… some helped a little, but nothing ever cured.
In desperation I figured this was worth a try. Day one she reported the taste was “like a marshmallow”, and it was perfectly pleasant to let dissolve. We tried just the one a day. Day two, her cough was already 70% lessened … and I know that’s not a placebo effect because NOTHING else ever did that. By day 4, her usually swollen throat I can actually see down much more easily and she’s able to breathe from both nostrils, as well as the cough being pretty much a memory. This product is a godsend. Will be recommending to everyone.

I started buying these quite a while ago and am still using them. I’ve read a scientific study from UCLA that used this strain of probiotics to counter bad breath from tonsil stones. The study had pretty promising results so I decided to try it out. A combination of flushing out tonsils with a salt water syringe on a regular basis and using the probiotics every day really helped. I still get tonsil stones but the smell has changed to something way less disgusting. I usually use one tablet right when going to sleep in the evening and let it slowly dissolve on my tongue. The taste is pretty nice and not too strong.
Not sure if the problem will come back if i would stop using these probiotics so I am not going to try any time soon. I am absolutely relieved that it helped with the bad breath issue from tonsil stones because I tried so many things that didn’t work before. Every webpage on the internet dealing with tonsil stones tells you to up your oral hygiene. I’ve upped it so much I’m my dentist’s favorite patient because I’m so low maintenance right now. I’m flossing, scraping my tongue, use mouth wash, use water pik, brush my teeth religiously, express my tonsil crypts. There’s not much else I could try short of getting my tonsils surgically removed. These probiotics help and I can recommend them to everyone dealing with tonsil stone issues. It does not take too long before you will notice a reduction in stench from the stones. I still have to flush my tonsils once in a while to remove the stones but nowhere near as often as in the beginning. And even with the stones building up in the crypts the bad smell is gone.

This stuff actually works. You do not need to take it every day. You do not need to use an entire tablet.
I’ve been using this for a week now. The first two days I used a full tablet. I skipped the third day to see if it continued to work without using more. It did. So I moved to using a half tablet every other day. That seems to maintain it’s effectiveness.
There appear to be some mild side effects. For the first 4-5 days I had some throat irritation (like the beginning of a sore throat) which has since dissipated. Then there is the toxic gas…. I also noticed some constipation. Fair trade to kill the death breath.
This stuff also dramatically reduces morning breath.
Overall I’m happy with this stuff and I will buy more. My only real complaint is the price. It’s pretty expensive for the quantity, but if you move to half tablets and it still works, that makes the price more palatable.
