I don’t know why some supplement brands insist on not putting down exact amounts of what’s inside. Is some supplement super expensive and they don’t want us to know they put like one drop in? I just feel it’s kind of irresponsible. If these supplements are supposed to have real, noticeable effects on us, they could very well have negative effects if too much is taken. I guess with these supplements that have a bunch of different products it’s hard to pin point exactly what’s doing what. But still.
I have been taking it for a few days and haven’t noticed any ill effects.

I’ve seen this stuff all over Facebook and TikTok, so I ordered as soon as I saw it on Amazon. I’m SUPER excited to try it out, as I’ve heard of this stuff doing wonders for people. I currently struggle with energy and being drowsy throughout the day, turns out it’s because I’m mineral deficient. Based on what others have said, this stuff really works, and it’s a trustworthy brand who uses genuinely real sea moss. I will come back with an update, but I’m super excited to try it!
