For those who are used to taking a daily probiotic, it does seem like a growing trend now is to take a prebiotic, a probiotic, and a postbiotic. This formula covers all 3 bases at one time, however it could come at a serious cost (see important note below). Nowhere on the jar does it give any clue as to what to take it with, but on the product page they do mention that it is a drink mix that can also be added to hot drinks. I mix it in with my smoothie and don’t notice any difference. Since it is unflavored, presumably you could add it to anything and not notice.
Pros:
1. It’s convenient. You get a Pre/Pro/Post biotic all in one formula.
2. The probiotic gives you 25 billion CFU. Not the highest amount you can find on the market, but probably enough if your gut is already in reasonably good shape.
Cons:
1. Pretty pricey for what you get.
2. It may not be a good choice for certain people (see below).
**Important note: There are some studies out there that found that one of the main probiotic bacteria of this formula (Bacillus subtillis) could potentially cause serious issues in people with compromised immune systems. If this statement concerns you, definitely seek advice from a medical professional before going this route.

I got this formula to try and help with gut problems, which I have a constant problem with. It took quite a while of taking this but it has really helped me so much! And the results have lasted and I haven’t taken this in a while! It is so easy to put a scoop in my morning smoothie, along with other healthy stuff! It comes with a scooper, so you know how much to use. It contains 25 billion CFU per serving. I feel good taking it and it has helped. It is good quality product. I would highly recommend.

I like this product. This was my second purchase. This time though the seal was broken and some of the contents were spilled. Sadly this not eligible for replacement. I’ll probably start buying direct from manufacturer. I face it one star because of it being a probiotic with a broken seal the quality is diminished.
