I was taking medication to help me get out of bed in the morning and beat the brain fog first thing. This supplement works almost as well for a much lower price. I can tell when I haven’t taken it most days because the brain fog is stronger. Some days it works better than others, but I think that’s just part of being a woman with a monthly hormonal cycle! Lol!
I love that this one supplement has 10 different mushrooms included. I love mushroom tea, but that’s a lot of tea to drink instead of just taking two pills a day! Some of these help with my mood while others help with my energy levels. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

So I bought this high quality mushroom supplement hoping it would help with mood, relaxation, etc. I wasn’t quite expecting how much energy it would give me. As someone with ADHD, I suspect this is what coffee feels like only without the negative side effects. There’s no jitteriness. There’s no irritably. But it WILL keep you wide awake. There’s no crash either, but after a while it mellows out into a balanced calm and relaxation. You have tons of energy through the day and a stabilized mood, which ends with feeling restful, relaxed, and ready to sleep. Just don’t take too close to bedtime. I’d say at least 5-6 hours before bed!

After a few times of usage…gave headache/migraine… turned stomach….it’s not for everyone…I wanted to try therefore I did and it’s not for me…..check with doc…do your own research…I researched and benefits sound good..so i tried…🤷..not good for me

I am only going to be relating my own personal experience here, like with anything, do your own research before committing. Let’s face it, there are things out there that isn’t good for man nor beast.
Appears to be a decent brand, price point is good, has the big ten in medicinal mushrooms which is a + in that fewer supplements on the shelf, a – in that sometimes the ratio of each to the whole may not be what is optimal for you. In the 6+ months that I’ve been taking this supplement I have noticed a benefit in many areas, most notably is my cognition. This is an add on to the other supplements that I also take.
