I have used these Ketones combined with Garcinia Cambogia (not all the time but sometimes) and regardless when i use these ketones I see results. Ok, product as another purchaser mentioned, really worked for me at first. For a month or so i felt little or no desire to eat for hours after taking two. Now on second bottle, i dont notice effect as much. I get it that I need to consider modifiing my food intake and use the natural supplement to “train” me, and it has helped. I’m not fully in a new habit yet. But closer. What is keeping me from 5 stars is the marketing. I will never go after the bait again. Grrr! A sticker on top of the bottle says where to go online to get a free one. Yeah, that sounds good right? This company really needs to step up to step up their game. I felt like i was “data mined” and left at sea with no follow up message. Finally about a month later, i get this card in my mail box. I try the site address and it fails. The site cannot be found. My confidence in the marketing is now dismal. Also makes me worry anout any associated products as i must move on to something i feel more trusting with. Confidence is not easy to restore once its broken : /

I’ve been using this product for 9 months, with good results.
Since I’m caffeine sensitive, I only take 1 per day rather than 2, but it still seems to help curb the cravings, and enhances my energy and stamina.
Combined with a sensible diet, this is definitely taking the edge off of “dieting”, making it a more pleasant experience.

I been struggling to lose some weight for a while now. And like I usually try not to go over 300 pounds but with life I been stuck between 312-316 range for the last two years alone. This product right away has helped me with suppress my appetite, so I usually eat half of what I normally would’ve ate. Let’s say I eat like 3 slices of pizza. If you follow directions take 2 pills before 30 mins of your meal it’s like after like half of the first slice in already feeling full. It’s just crazy how much it has helped me with portion control. It’s been maybe like 3 weeks, I weighed last time like 315, and I’m down to 310 just now. I haven’t seen 310 in ages for me. I’m so excited that I ordered a second bottle. I haven’t changed my diet nor do I exercise. Just needed something that helped me eat less.

They did work to lessen my appetite, but I was shaking and my heart was palpitating (lasted about 5 hours) after taking just one capsule.
