These softgels have minimal odor and are fairly small. I can easily take them with or without anything to drink. The outer part of the softgel is sweet to the taste.
Each softgel has 500mg of black cumin seed oil which is quite a bit compared to other black seed oils I have taken. I like that there are not many extra ingredients only the gelatin, glycerin and water.
This brand says it is non-GMO but there is not anymore information that would indicate whether or not it is all natural. The only other thing I could find on the bottle is that SPE-CO2 extraction was used to make it.
I have been taking these softgels for a little over 3 weeks now and have had no ill effects other than an occasional burping. From what I have researched black seed oil typically has numerous benefits so I like to take it regularly and this brand is reasonably priced for the 2 month supply.

The health benefits of black seed oil are to numerous to list here and is something that you should look up on your own anyway for a better understanding of it. However I will say that this is a good concentration of it and decent quantity of 120 soft gels instead of your typical 60 or 90 count bottles. Also, I take this with my oil soluble supplements which is something else that you need to look up as they will not be assimilated if you just take them with water. Hence, oil soluble. And since you need to take an oil with them then this is a very good thing to use. So very important item to have and take for your health.

These are small and easy to swallow with no after taste. The black seed oil is good for your body. There are 120 capsules for a 90 day supply. It’s a good value for the price. It’s Non-GMO and I am feeling good about taking these.
