It tastes great. Very strong old school 90’s grape homemade KoolAid flavor.
I am extremely sensitive to many fillers abd gluten, and i have had no problem with this.
I also have has no positive effect yet, which may be because i havent been taking it vey long, but im happy just not having a negative effect because frankly it is rare for me.

I primarily got these for my mother who has issues with her gut, but she’s also on other “-biotics”, so this isn’t a very scientific review. I didn’t notice a difference with my digestion, but I also don’t have issues other than with dairy, but this isn’t for lactose issues.
They are tasty. Like the other reviews, these can be challenging to fish out, but that happens with all gummy products. Unlike the other reviews, this is NOT a 2-month supply. There are two images above that show the “Suggested use:” being ONE gummy taken TWICE DAILY, with or without food. So 60 gummies divided by TWO is 30 – one month supply. That, too, is pretty standard for supplements.

These have a pleasant cherry/grape flavor. Not sure if they aid digestion or not, but they’re easy to take.
The published research on ES1 (Bifidobacterium longum) looks plausible.

These gummies have a good taste and pleasing texture. They are fruit punch flavored- but it’s definitely an artificial/candy type fruit punch flavor. Almost like what you’d expect with fruit punch flavored kool-aid. Not unpleasant at all but also not natural if you know what I mean. I like the chewy texture. But they are a bit sticky so they tend to clump together in the bottle which can make it a bit tricky to get just one out. Not a big deal though.
I haven’t noticed any side effects. I do wish, however, they had less sugar. It’s not a massive amount but they do have 2g of cane sugar per gummy. I would prefer something like monkfruit for a sweetener (just my own personal preference). Cane sugar is better than typical artificial sweeteners though.
There is one thing that I don’t know how I feel about though. It is the wording they use in the description on the bottle. Specifically this line: ‘…probiotic strain isolated from healthy breast-fed infants…’ That has me scratching my head and at a lack for understanding. Just how is this being harvested?

I’m a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because:
a) I don’t have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the postbiotic supplements it claims to have?
There’s no way for me to prove that.
b) I can’t prove the tablet’s benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial.
c) You’ll rarely see any measurable difference within a few days. Supplements usually take months or years to impact you.
d) Even if you notice a difference, did you control all the other variables? Maybe you slept better, exercised more, changed your diet, or something else while taking the supplement.
Amateur reviewers like me need to acknowledge the limitations of our evaluations and be humble about it.
All I can say is:
– Houston Enzymes seems like a reputable company worthy of our trust.
– The pills are delicious to eat!
– The package is easy to open.
– Some studies show that taking these supplements is good for you (but others say they do little).
Since I can’t find a study indicating that these postbiotic supplements are harmful, I suggest taking them.

These Houston Enzymes Bioymmies are aptly named. They are so fruity and delicious that a wish a serving was MORE than just 1 gummy. (I’ve taken a lot of gummy supplements, and these truly are yummier than other supplement gummies I’ve taken — even yummier than lots of candy.) But MOST important, these gummies contain the b.Longum probiotic ES1 which have been studied from health perspectives and there are a number of published scientific papers published about. That is why I ordered this specific probiotic in the first place. I’m SO happy I found these!!!!

It will take time to notice the health benefit. But I can say that the flavor is great. It is sweet but not too sweet. It has a nice texture, soft and chewy and it doesn’t stick to my teeth. I have not noticed any side effects.

I kind of wish these weren’t quite so sweet. You take one, twice a day. It is to support digestive health. The bottle came with a seal below the cap. The gummies are soft and easy to chew. Although I can’t say for sure that they have cured any IBS, I can say I have not had any incidents since starting. I also have not had any negative effects.
