This is generally an excellent product that I take daily. Unfortunately my current delivery was damaged during transit. The glass dropper inside bottle of Biotin had broken during shipping. Luckily I noticed the sharp broken glass before using any of the contents!

It’s hard to determine when supplements are working, especially before the bottle has been used up. From what I can tell so far, my fingernails have gotten a little bit stronger. That alone is a big plus for me because they have always been so weak. Now whether it’s from this supplement or a change I’ve made in my diet, I can’t really tell. Will be continuing with this though since it may very well be because of this.
The taste is better than I expected. I often don’t like supplements that require me to take with a dropper or to drink something because I usually don’t care much for the taste. This isn’t bad. Still don’t like taking it directly or in some liquid, but it’s flavorful enough to do so without cringing.
What really annoys me is the dropper. Well, not the dropper itself because it’s easy to use and nice and long. I like those aspects. It’s just that they tell you how much to take but don’t bother to have any indications on the dropper of how to measure the amount to tell you to take. Totally absurd! Because of that, I just have to guess. Whether I’m over or under doing it, I don’t have the faintest clue. Seems safe though, at least.
A good clean supplement that seems helpful, but they really need to make it easier for use to accurately control our intake.

I have been buying this product for about 7 months now and it has always tasted the same and worked great. However the last bottle I purchased had a very noticeable different taste and it was not clear as the multiple bottles I bought in the past. I figured maybe I got an old bottle and was going to return only to be notified by Amazon that this product is not returnable which I think is awful!!! I have purchased this at least every other month since October last year and now I can’t get my money back for this defective bottle. This is totally unacceptable and I am not sure if I will ever purchase again because in these expensive times who has money to throw away!?

My first bottle is almost gone and I’ve been more than satisfied with the results. I’ve tried similar supplements, but they really only helped my nails. This one definitely improved my hair as well.
I am female, vegetarian, late 40’s, not active, and have health issues, so my nails and particularly my hair have become somewhat weaker and thinner over the last few years. If you already have super healthy hair and nails, you may not see such a big difference.
Within a few weeks, my nails started to grow more quickly, and then became stronger. My hair has grown more than an inch in a little over 2 months, which is definitely faster than usual, especially in the wintertime. Also, my hair seems to have regained some of its thickness—I really wasn’t expecting that! I’m not sure if it had any effect on my skin.
I took 1/2 serving at first and eventually increased it, so I imagine results would have been even better if I had immediately taken the full dose.
It has almost no flavor—I put it in water and take it before bed. I’ve noticed no negative side effects.
Don’t forget to shake it and then expel and refill the the dropper! I didn’t realize at first that it needed to be shaken.
It would be nice if it were a bit cheaper, but everything is more expensive lately, and I’m willing to pay the price, given its effectiveness.

Since moving to a “soft water” area, my fingernails had become as thin as paper, and peeled off before getting long enough for a manicure.
I tried sillica (which has to be refrigerated and so is easy to forget) and several different vitamin supplements, but this is the only thing that really works for me. After a little over two months of taking this product in juice every morning, I have ten strong fingernails! Highly recommended for strong nails!

This product is the real deal! After taking this for only a couple of weeks, I can seriously feel a difference of my hair and nails! My skin also looks healthier and renew! Love the sour taste, instructions are clear and easy to follow, and price is unbeatable. I am reordering for sure! I wish I had taken it sooner!
