I like liquids better, do not want open several bottles and count tablets.
Manufacturers say liquid is more absorbable then tablets are.

I usually use another brand that I have reviewed and thought this was the same one. Definitely wasn’t , it needs to be refrigerated and shaken well. It looks very separated when taking it out. Taste is ok. Probably not something I would get again.

Since I couldn’t return it unopened I used it and it did nothing but waste almost forty dollars. Eating jello will probably do more for your hair growth than this overpriced junk. Maybe it’d work better if you put it In your hair. Either way you cannot return this bottle of “biotin” even if it is unopened.
