I’ve been using soy for a couple of years as a supposedly healthy alternative to dairy products like milk and icecream etc. I noticed my energy levels were down and my eyes were often puffy with dark rings and I wasn’t feeling too healthy. Some research suggested that soy products are not the healthiest, especially for men since it contains a lot of natural estrogen hormones and possible side effects of thyroid problems that can have further side effects of obesity, and heart problems.
Anyway, talking to my mother and sister who is a nutritionist, it turns out that my family have a history of thyroid problems and I had enough symptoms to be concerned. Iodine is supposed to be the answer and after a couple of weeks of taking a drop twice a day I have noticed the darkness around my eyes has gone away and puffiness is only there if I don’t sleep properly.
So my conclusion is that it’s working. I look healthier and feel better, 2oz of this product will last a LONG time so it’s not a big expense either.

This product was recommended by a Doctor of O.M.D. (Oriental Medical Doctor) I saw many years prior. My chief complaint was aching bones in the morning which felt like my whole skeletal framework was in pain and I noted a lot less energy. I had explained the pain to my Primary Care Physician and GYN and neither knew what to recommend. After discussing the above with several lifelong friends they recommended the above O.M.D. The doctor explained “As we age the thyroid gland produces lower levels of thyroid hormones”. My lab work showed I was within the “normal range”. The O.M.D. went on to explain that my problem was most likely a decline in thyroid hormone production in spite of the normal lab findings. The bottle states “one drop daily or as otherwise directed by a healthcare professional”. My dosage recommended by the O.M.D. was 10 drops daily at first but recently has been changed to 5 drops daily. I have been pain free for years thanks to the O.M.D. recommendations.
