I am 62.5 years old and had been using Black Cohosh since I hit Perimenopause at age 37 for Hot Flashes, it worked fairly well, but not entirely. I did use HRT, (Hormone Replacement Therapy) during Postmenopause, the worst part, at age 51, but you can only do that for five years.
BioResponse DIM®150 has given me 100% break from all my hot flashes!!! I never thought I’d find this relief. It’s truly amazing because even on the Prempro I still had hot flashes. Just think on that, twentyfive years of hot flashes. It really is a wonder I’m not absolutely insane by now.
The only side effect I’ve noted is that I now pee in the color orange. It concerned me at first because I had a peptic ulcer before I began and . . . Nope, my stomach is not bleeding. I had to do a search to find out that Orange Colored Urine is Normal for this supplement.
It’s only been 6 weeks and I have not lost any weight as of yet; I’m not sure that it will happen though it would be very appreciated. I’ve managed to keep my weight stable over the years, I won’t ever be shaped like a girl again 🙁 but I’ve managed through small portions since age 35, smaller portions since 45, and even smaller portions since age 55 to hold to a reasonable weight.

“BioResponse DIM is the only DIM formulation supported by numerous published clinical studies. “… I started DIM this year, tried several different brands. THIS brand is recommended by the doctors who wrote the book, “All About DIM.” At 68 years of age, and with estradiol pellets in me, I was having estrogen dominance which makes me tired. This brand of DIM relieved that. It is known that DIM on its own is highly insoluble. And do NOT mix it with I3C , as the book explains. It will do more harm than good. Take note.

I have ordered this product many, many times. The bottle I received today has cream-colored capsules, not the usual white-colored capsules. I don’t have any photos of the capsules from my last order as I ran out, but these new capsules I received today are a different color. While the expiration date is in 2023, I’m worried there is something wrong with this batch. I waited a week to get these and now have to wait until Monday to call the company. Nothing on their website mentions this change in capsule color. Not a happy customer!! Be careful about ordering/taking these capsules!

After having breast cancer 3 years ago and not being able to tolerate the side effects of pharmaceuticals I decided to try a natural approach for aromatase inhibitors. So, I don’t actually know if this product is working but I have faith it will help control the bad estrogen, along with the other protocols I am following.

I’ve been using this supplement for most of the year now, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. I’ve only been taking one pill a day, just to see how my body reacted. I have/had an estrogen dominance, and was having various issues. After a few weeks of taking it I felt that things were stabilizing and the biggest issue I was having cleared up. I unintentionally stopped taking it after I forgot to bring them during vacation, and at first I thought it’d be fine, but soon was having issues with digestion/constipation. Everyone is different, but for me this was an issue with my estrogen dominance. As soon as I got home and started taking it again everything was fine again. It does make your urine orange of you don’t hydrate well, so don’t be freaked out if that happens. Overall would highly recommend.
