Just like eery other thing advertised. If you have bloating, gas, sensitivity to food, no enzyme packaged into a neat little bottle will help. Eliminate the foods that cause the worst symptoms by trial and error. This particular, overpriced, product was as useless as any other I ever tried.

UPDATE: The seller contacted me to make it right, since I didn’t see any result, so I’m adding stars back and editing my post.
I am at the end of my 2nd month of taking this and I have experienced no changes. There has been no change in my digestion or appetite and I have lost no weight. I haven’t noticed any difference at all, so it didn’t work for me like I had hoped. I won’t be purchasing again.

Meu Deus!! Esperei para pedir isso por causa do preço, mas a expectativa era intrigante. Comecei a tomá-los e a diarreia foi quase instantânea. Quando digo instantânea, eu estava no banheiro com diarreia dentro de algumas horas após tomar. TMI (às vezes partes das pílulas saíam sem estarem completamente dissolvidas). Eu era, na maior parte do tempo, regular antes de começar a tomá-los. Estava buscando uma boa saúde intestinal por causa da minha idade, meados dos 40 anos, e do recente ganho de peso. Não tinha diarreia antes de começar a tomá-los, mas às vezes, dependendo de onde estou no meu ciclo, isso pode causar constipação ou diarreia. Tentei continuar tomando por algumas semanas só para tentar fazer com que funcionasse no meu sistema. Fiquei tão aliviada quando parei e a diarreia cessou. Cheguei ao ponto de ter medo de sair de casa e pensei que algo estava seriamente errado. Não recomendo que você tome isso a menos que esteja sofrendo de constipação ou que seja recomendado por um médico. Meu Deus (literalmente), se eu soubesse que 2 pílulas pequenas poderiam ser tão ruins para o seu corpo. Cuidado, pessoal!!!!

Almost done with one bottle, it doesn’t give me diarrhea like some have posted about. I can’t tell if it’s doing much as I didn’t have much for sugar cravings before and didn’t lose any weight but felt more regular and not as gassy perhaps. Bottle was in great shape nothing broken and all tabs were in tact.
