The flavor was good and taking gummies is easy.
Did I feel any better No did it make a difference in anyway health wise No.
It did not make me feel that I wanted to purchase again.
So it may work for others definitely not for me.

Not all are the same, I tried a cheaper brand and did not work as well as these . These gummies taste so good. They are much easier to take than a pill. Started taking Christmas Day and was not even hungry by the time my meal was ready. It it was Christmas so I had to eat lol. They do seem to control my appetite and I have noticed my waistline has gotten slimmer. So far I am very pleased and hopefully will continue to see results.

I just started taking these and one thing I noticed is that they definitely suppress my appetite. After I eat breakfast in the morning I do not have any cravings at all. Some days I could easily just take water for the rest of the day without any problems. It is still too early to talk about the weight loss, but I am happy with the effect these gummies have. They do exactly what I needed: help me stop munching on all kinds of snacks throughout the day and feel guilty afterwards. This way I don’t have to control myself, gummies do it for me. They smell like apple cider when you open the bottle but the taste is very pleasant and there is no aftertaste.
