Been taking these for years and this is relatively inexpensive and a high quality of manufacturing.Felt a increase in bronchitis relief over my plain 100 mg dose,especially after getting the you know what the 2nd time since I got it in March 2020.I probably mix in this dosage and my other version every other day.

I decided to try this supplement as I am getting older and everything wears out with time, blood vessels included. Since I am a vine reviewer I am able to try things that I otherwise would not buy due to cost. Also, since it takes a period of time to evaluate supplements, I am not sure that I can fully evaluate any supplement without prolonged consistent use, so I’ll evaluate on the ingredients.
Pycnogenol is trademark pine bark extract with is thought to be helpful in lowering glucose levels in T2 diabetes. It also claims to help prevent hearing loss and balance and reduce inflammation because of it’s antioxidant presence. This version is recommended by the mfg for circulation and blood vessel health.
The capsules are easy to swallow and tasteless due to the capsule .
Made in Austria. Vegan, no coloring or preservatives, gluten and lactose free. Non GMO.

I do a lot of cardio exercise and I like to try different supplements to see if they improve my performance/endurance.
I haven’t noticed much of a difference in performance since I started taking these. I can usually push myself to go a bit harder, which is just the mental aspect of exercise, but sometimes I can sense my body is just not getting enough oxygen. I thought perhaps these would help my muscles get the additional oxygen needed to sustain the push. That doesn’t seem to be the case. These definitely don’t compare to SARMs or other PHDs.
As with most things time and consistency is usually the key to sustained change. If you have room in your budget to incorporate this into your health regimen over a long period of time, you may find it to improve your overall health. Whether it’s through placebo or a chemical mechanism in your body, it is up to you to decide whether it’s worth the price.

Haven’t had any issues with this product for the two weeks I’ve taken it. I take pycnogenol for my eyesight, but I honestly couldn’t tell you if it’s improved my eyes, but I certainly hasn’t made them worse and I haven’t experienced any negative effects while on this. I’ve had not experienced any pain relief while using this product. Quality product.

This bottle of Pycnogenol Superior 100 from Biogena contains 30 capsules, with each capsule containing 100mg of Pycnogenol and 100mg of Grape Seed extract. The capsules are average size, easy to swallow, and each capsule contains 100mg of Pycnogenol which is standardized to 70% proanthocyanidins and 100mg of Grape Seed extract standardized to 40% proanthocyanidins. These capsules are what I expect from Pycnogenol, I’ve noticed nothing out of the ordinary since taking them. It’s the typical quality I expect from the Pycnogenol brand of Maritime Pine Bark extract. No complaints!

I’ve been taking Pycnogenol for years. I was first turned onto it as I developed varicose veins from a combination of powerlifting and being too heavy. Pycnogenol is a supplement that can help you in that area. That said, it’s also a very expensive supplement as this one is here.
You usually know you’re getting the real Pycnogenol from France when you see the price this high.
This is definitely the real thing. What I like about this is it also includes some Grape Seed Extract which is another supplement that helps with blood flow. These 2 together should have an impact on your blood pressure so please be careful if you are not tracking that. I’m not saying it’s going to crash your BP, but it can reduce it.
I find myself always wishing the same when it comes to quality Pycnogenol and that it’s just very expensive. That said, it’s also effective at helping with blood flow, blood pressure and blood glucose control. It’s a powerhouse of a supplement.
