I been taking magnesium for years as needed. Magnesium is necessary for the body to function correctly. When it is low there can be problems with muscle cramps, blood pressure, bodily aches and pains, sleeplessness, heart problems, and more. This supplement mixes different forms of magnesium and is very low dose compared to what I usually take (500 mg of slow release magnesium). This product is vegan but does not have many of marks of quality that I look for on a supplement bottle. These include third party testing, non GMO, made in the USA, money back guarantee, and more. These quality indicators are really the only way that a consumer can know that a product has been manufactured safely. If these are not included then the product is an unknown. This product looks safe, it is well sealed and best by date is 15 months from this month. The label includes the name of the manufacturer. But it had is missing quality indicators.

Occasionally, I have been known to wake up in the middle of the night to painful leg cramps. It’s something I’ve dealt with for quite a while.
I’ve tried to remedy the issue by eating more bananas and foods high in potassium but would still occasionally get one. Then one day someone I know mentioned they had read something about how magnesium can also help. They suggested I try a magnesium supplement so I ordered this to give it a try.
The product itself is comes in a typical supplement-style bottle. While they don’t show it in the photos, the bottle itself has a safety tab on the front of the lid that must be removed before the bottle can be opened. It contains 60 140mg capsules, each providing 33% of your recommended daily value of magnesium. Each capsule is approximately the same size as a standard Tylenol gel cap and are easy to swallow. The capsules seem very uniform and well made, none of them were coming apart or seemed to have any type of manufacturing blemish that would cause me concern.
In terms of effectiveness, I honestly couldn’t say just yet. I’ve been taking them for a couple of weeks now and so far have not had any leg cramps. However, since the cramps can appear at random, I would likely need to keep taking them for an extended period of time before coming to a conclusion.
While the jury may still be out in regard to my leg cramps, my current impression is that this is a quality product. In my opinion, the price for this product may be a little high. A quick check online indicates other magnesium products can range anywhere from $10 to $35.

Pills are in capsules that have no taste. The bottle is easy to open and easy to dispense. I have no comments about the clinical effect of the product, but it looks nice.
