I like to have probiotics on hand for whenever I need to be on an antibiotic, or if I ever have an upset stomach and these so far have been great. I was a little worried when I read many reviews about these arriving with no live cultures, but I haven’t had any issues with my batch so far. I had used the BioGaia infant probiotic drops and they worked well when my kids were very little, so I was excited to to try the adult version. They come in an easy to swallow capsule and I like that I only have to take one a day. I also like that they include Vitamin D with these. They are a little pricey, but they come with a 60 day supply and are high quality. Overall these are great for anyone who need a probiotic.

These probiotic pills are a prescribed starter to make homemade L Reuteri yogurt created by Dr William Davis. It is a recipe to help kill off the bad bacteria in your gut. For SIBO and celiac sufferers this works! I’ve made my fourth batch this week and my methane numbers are down from 10 to 2.0. I’m hooked. This is a probiotic that you can eat every day. Have it with avocados, with tomatoes, in a shake. Lots of things. Check out his books and videos.
