Hard to gauge their effectiveness at this point, but I can say the capsules are easy to swallow. The protective cotton was stained yellow from the turmeric—which, personally, I wish they’d left out (fyi: if one takes multiple supplements each containing turmeric, one can unintentionally ingest too much, which can lead to liver damage).

My husband and I take glucosamine supplements to support our joints. We’ve been taking them for years, so I did not notice any marked difference; however, our joints have not bothered us more than usual this winter, so they seem to be helping. The capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. The yellow cotton is a little startling until you remember that these contain turmeric. The supplements are made in the USA in an NSF audited facility according to the manufacturer.

I know you could read the back of the bottle before ordering, but I just wish these vendors would only put in their products what is on the front label!!! I was more interested in how much glucosamine and chondroitin there was, and didn’t notice the D3. I already taken D3, so had to adjust so I didn’t take an overdose.
Double the chondroitin of other brands, but a lot less MSM.
Capsules are easy to take.

The labeling looks legit. Seems like something you would find sold at a local store. A little expensive for me considering it cost’s about $1 a day for each serving. However the blend of supplements are mostly accepted as benificial for joints. The pills are easy to take and causing no adverse side effects.

Glucosamine sulfate at 1500 mg, which is just average among products with similar claims.
Hyaluronic acid at 50 mg, which is really good. Competitors only offer about 2 to 5 mg of this glycosaminoglycans which is used to treat osteoarthritis.
Vitamin D3 at 100% of DV.
Although the amount of glucosamine is just average, this product more than makes up for it with its abundant delivery of the glycosaminoglycan, so I rate it 5 stars.

This joint support supplement has good ingredients including glucosamine, chondroitin, tumeric, hyaluronic acid and other quality ingredients. There are 90 capsules in the bottle. Suggested does is 3 capsules daily, which is the only negative for me. It’s made in the USA. Overall, it’s a great product.

I’ve taken Glucosamine and Chondroitin several times after sports injuries. It certainly aides in recovery and healing.
Furthermore, my Dad (in his 80’s) takes it as well and the difference in his mobility is noticeable. Less of the “old man” sounds when he’s getting in/out of bed and recliner.
This supplement includes Boswellia and Turmeric, which the studies show are great for this purpose. I’ve been incorporating the latter into our meals for years now, many benefits in addition to lowering inflammation. I have never tried the former, so will have to see if I notice anything different in the weeks to come.
