I HIGHLY recommend this cream. It’s my favorite everyday moisturizer that I usually use twice a day. I bought it to counteract the dryness caused by tretinoin, and it helped like magic! I simply apply it in the AM after washing my face with water, and my skin feels amazing during the entire day. Before this, my skin on the chin would become dry, tight and flake around 6 pm if I applied lighter moisturizers. But this one makes my skin super hydrated, soft and happy!
I don’t know why it’s named “balm/baume”, this makes it sound like some thick ointment. In reality it’s a relatively light, nice cream with beautiful texture. It’s easy to spread, and it absorbs very well but not entirely, which is what I needed. It acts both as a hydrator and an occlusive, protecting skin throughout the day or night. It’s not very oily and doesn’t look greasy on the skin, the finish is naturally dewy (mildly).
Another thing I love about it is that I can apply it safely any time after a chemical exfoliation or something like that. For example, recently I burned my skin by using a cleansing oil to remove makeup and a wash. I think my skin can’t handle two-step cleansing, so it was RED like a tomato. I love that I can apply this cream whenever my skin is sensitive, and it won’t damage it further. Moreover, it helps to restore natural barrier and heal the redness.
I don’t use it for my body, since my body not sensitive or dry, so I prefer other body products that smell nice (cocoa, coconut, etc). And because I’m only planning to use it for my face, it makes the product hilariously cheap. It’s a huge bottle of a facial moisturizer for $27.
Highly recommended if you have normal or dry skin, especially during colder months.

I have used many different brands of lotion. None of them helped my skin stay hydrated for very long before having to apply more. After the first application of this lotion, my skin is so moisturized! My skin looks and feels like normal skin instead of dry and crepey! My cuticles also feel so much better! I never would have believed how quickly and how great this lotions works. I definitely recommend it!

This has been my go to moisturizer for day to day use. I personally like that it’s thick but not sticky. It also helps maintain the skins ph balance and also absorbs into the skin well despite it being a thick consistency. There isn’t any scent and it keeps my skin healthy and smooth.

I thought it might be a little pricey, but It makes my skin soft, It is not sticky, And there is no Unpleasant scent. I would say it is a thicker lotion and it absorbs quickly. It is definitely a part of my daily skin care routine. I’m on my second bottle now and I’ve added it to my subscribe orders.

I absolutely love this lotion. I received it packaged properly. No problems with that. Love the way. It feels on my skin. After I take my shower. It’s feels luxurious and velvety, which I love. My only complaint is that the pump does not reach all the way to the bottom of the container, therefore, you can only pump out about half of the bottle and I have to keep the bottle turned upside down in my nighttime products basket in order to use it. If this was not the problem, I would definitely give this product five stars.
