The taste is pleasant but the liquid is very thick. It is difficult to pour out on a table spoon.

First, let me begin by saying that I’ve only been taking this product for a few months with hopes of making it my daily liquid calcium magnesium supplement, yet the last 2 bottles I received not only tasted quite different than previous ones, it also was much runnier and not as thick and chalky as the previous one. Moreover, they’ve covered the stamped on expiration date with stickers on every bottle I’ve received. I’ve reached out to the company with hopes of obtaining answers to these very important questions, yet they never responded. Makes you wonder if they’re even legit and made in the USA as their product label boasts. Unfortunately, I’m going to need to throw out about $100 worth of brand new bottles that came on subscription, for I don’t trust this product.

I am a firm believer (from my nursing experience), that liquids work much faster in the system than taking pills in any form. I have been taking this brand for my Calcium, Magnesium & D3, for a long time. The bottle is sturdy and easy to use, and the product tastes good. I find it helps me sleep a bit sounder at night–due to the calcium. I do not take any of these in a capsule (or other form) and my lab levels are particularly good. I particularly like this combination and it is on my subscribe & save list. I highly recommend this product.

First, as to the product: It is much easier to take this liquid over the horse pills that I was previously taking for osteopenia, and finding a iiquid was my priority. This is also the “good” kind of calcium, I believe, that absorbs the best. The flavor is like a tart orange vanilla, which I actually find quite tasty! The only problem is the bottle cap. I have now received three bottles (ordered at different times) and each one has come with a broken cap. The cap is shrink-wrapped, but the cap is broken under the shrink-wrap. I wrote directly to the manufacture, who said they are working on redesigning the cap. They really need to fix this. Aside from that, I am very happy with the product.

It’s tasty, although I think the name “Calcium and Magnesium” is misleading. A more honest name would be “Vitamin D and Manganese” in big print, and then maybe in smaller print underneath, they could say, “with Magnesium and Calcium.” The taste is good, and the only thing I don’t like is that I wish there would’ve been 100% daily recommended need of calcium in one or two tablespoons of the stuff, instead of just 38%. That seems pretty weak. I mean, that could be a new product idea right there, though: Another version of this, but like, “full strength” calcium or something. (And it can be a product that doesn’t blow a different vitamin or mineral completely out of proportion. Everything’s at, or around, 100% of whatcha need. Badabing, badaboom.)

Taste is good, easy to swallow unlike calcium pills.
