Taste of these gummies was eh! That said, it wasn’t bad….and may simply be more personal preference. I purchased these as they were a tad cheaper than the other brand I bought prior, but I went back to prior brand as I prefer the flavor.

Zinc needs this to be absorbed. I can not swallow pills and this does the job. Buying Zinc alone allows larger dose. Taste is fine

I ordered this product for the very purpose that it helps with the body’s immune system. I have CHF so my immune system has been compromised. But along with my normal medications when I take this supplement, I have noticed that I’m having less issues with my heart, as well as not getting sick, as often as I used to. Knock on wood. LOL
They do come in gummy form, so they’re easy to take. You just chew them up, and you’re done. The taste is okay. I know some people like the taste. I say it’s okay. Not the best. But also not to worst flavor I have ever put in my mouth.
You have a 30-day supply. And for $15 bucks, I think it’s well worth it. So I would definitely give these a try. Because… I have noticed that I get sick a lot less than I used
