I don’t know how it works since I just started using it after surgery but my problem is this is a huge bottle that’s about 1/3 of the way full—and maybe that’s being generous because it’s only 60 capsules. I can’t abide this hugs bottle in my shelf where a much smaller bottle would have worked; waste of resources in the landfill also.

I cant prove it with tests but after a few weeks I just began to feel better like something had been restored. These are made in Canada which I trust more so than other brands.
