The description page of these Lecithin softgels says for better results, take 2 softgels 3X per day. So 6 softgels a day means the box would only last 10 days. But the box just says 2 softgels 1-2X daily.
The page also says they have a shelf life of 3 years, but the ones I received expire in 2.
I’ve been advised to take leithin to help prevent the clogged ducts I’ve been dealing with, but I’m not so sure these are the ones I want to start with

Ordered these thinking it was going to help with my clogged ducts. I’m unfortunately reporting, these did not help at preventing or getting rid of my clogged duct. It didn’t taste bad, the pills are small and easy enough to swallow. I just didn’t notice any change when I took them. Can’t say I’d recommend.
