After extensive research,I chose this for my 1st time using creatine,in any form.So I will edit this weekly to give a running review.
Today Jan 3rd,2025 I drank my first scoop in my protein drink.I chose to use the protein drink after reading this has a bad taste.I will then make sure to drink plenty of water.Next edit/update will be Jan 10th.

This is the best creatine supplement that I’ve taken. It’s the first HCL supplement, so I don’t have much experience with comparable, but strength and endurance increased both increased noticeably within a week. I’ve been taking it consistently for 2 months now and I have zero complaints. This is the strongest I’ve ever felt and most motivated to workout. Mix it with something strong and the tastes can cancel each other out somewhat.

Had to dig to bottom of the powder to find the little scoop, and powder had settled to point where it looks half-full but that happens. Tastes like citric acid with a big dose of salt.. I put it in small glass of water, chug it like a horrible shot,and then drink a few more glasses of water to get taste out of my mouth. I tried mixing it with my protein powder/collagen/honey shake and it made the whole thing taste terrible so I think it’s best to chug and get it over with. Def better than pooping out whole undigested horse pills like with the GNC Creatine 189 supplement I have (GNC makes this brand also) that was rendered totally useless if it’s going to pass through your body without breaking down. I’m a big believer in “no pain no gain” so the pain of tasting this will result in good results I bet. Will update my review when I start seeing gains in gym.

This creatine is bitter and awful. I tried to return it but it was too late. I tried to ignore the taste and use it up so as not to waste money and the product but I could not take it any longer. No matter what I blend or mix it with the bitter taste remains. Banana in a protein smoothie was the best at masking the taste but it was still bitter. Though I barely used it, this product is now in the trash where it belongs. I strongly recommend that you not purchase this product. I tried another creatine brand and there is no taste whatsoever. The label says this is only creatine but something about the way this is processed makes it bitter. If you decide to try it, make sure you taste it within the return period so if it tastes awful to you like it does to me you can return it and get your money back.

I take this with GNC BULK 1340 1 scoop blended. Hardly notice the taste. In water alone it is a bit tough to stomach. Like I said, just take it with your Protein drink in the morning. I was 215, now I’m 230lbs with bench press at 300lbs. Coupled with eating heavier I’m seeing physical improvements and improvements in strength.
