Item is a great moisturizer. Love the dispenser but—product does not in any way plump, at least on me! Too bad because otherwise I love it!

I was hoping this would be a hit but there’s just a few things that leave me reaching for other lip protecting balms.
The good, the formula is moisturizing and helps alleviate dry, chapped lips. You do need a thicker layer to help hydrate and exfoliate any flakes. If not, it won’t feel enough or that it’s doing much. I have used this as a sleep mask, which is great and leaves my lips protected until the morning. As a balm during the day, it fairs a tad bit above other balms and does need to be reapplied in-between meals and drinks. I do feel like I don’t have to reapply as often as I do with a standard lip balm.
The fence, there’s a tingly, minty feeling when you apply it to the lips from a menthol derivative in the formula, but it isn’t bothersome or too spicy like a lip plumper, just a mild cool tinge. While I think the packaging is super cute, I don’t really know if I like the way it dispenses product. It’s fun but after two uses, the formula smudges around the tip and it didn’t stay clean. If you don’t have a tissue to wipe it down each time, I couldn’t imagine how nasty and gunky they would get. I don’t see how it’s more efficient than a pot since I still have to use my finger to swipe it off the top and apply. If this isn’t a huge deal to you, it’s a great formula! More of a me thing but I would rather this be in a tube where it can be applied directly to the lips or if at least came with a lip spatula/brush.

I had used severe lip care products and this one is the best!! I ave very sensarive lips so it always cracks by the weather but after i apply it never cracks 🙂
I hated tube to carry out because sometimes it chappes the end of a tube,but this product is not. And its also clean to use .
Also not strong scene and it not to sticky. Worth the price ,i definity but it again

I was expecting “lipcerin” meant a lip balm containing glycerin. It does contain some but it is half way down the ingredient list, after dimethicone. It is not quite as sticky as some other balms but my lips feel more coated than moisturized. I have to reapply this after less than an hour. Not the best lib balm but not the worst.
The packaging, on the other hand, is terrible. The container is useless. It is very wide so you can’t put this in your pocket easily. You can’t apply the balm directly from the container to your lips. You have to use your finger, which is unhygienic and messy. And the twist click dispenser means you get too much balm at a time. Either your lips feel really sticky or you have to find something to wipe off the excess. Lip balm tubes already exist. They work perfectly fine for this type of product. Why reinvent the wheel?

I have dry lips especially at night which is why I purchased to use at night. It does have a tingly effect and minty. It is pricey and will not purchase again.
