    i have bought this many times and have recommended it to all family and friends. i use it before bed. it relaxes the muscles and i wake up without any muscle pain. brilliant after a workout

    This gives my legs a slight tingly feeling when going to sleep . I do believe it does help but still a bit early too tell

    Product seems good, helps with fluid retention in my arms and calves.
    Cream applies nice but the following morning my skin feels chalky and sticky.

    I lathered this on during my pregnancy and after the birth too. Not a single stretch mark, just very soft skin, which in no time at all has gone back to its pre-pregnancy state.

    It can tingle a little bit, but you get used to it.

    C’est simple, je ne peux pas dormir sans. C’est très liquide (j’avais essayé la crème avant) donc il ne faut pas en mettre des tonnes et bien faire pénétrer. J’en mets sur mes semelles et je masse. Ça ne colle pas, c’est frais et agréable. Et surtout, je m’endors ! Pas en deux ou trois heures mais en moins d’une demie heure. J’en mets aussi sur mes muscles courbaturés et toute la douleur s’en va. Un très bon produit.

    Good product. There are a lot of magnesium oils on the market, but not lotions. Came sooner than expected. They answered some questions I had very quickly!!

    It’s really has a lot of ingredients and it’s not really worth the money. You can just put magnesium chloride flakes in distilled water and spray it on yourself for much less and healthier. It also didn’t alleviate muscle pain for me.
