Before they relabeled from Bullnox to B-Nox (and presumably reforumlated [though they claim they didn’t]), I was taking Bullnox religiously for about 3 years. Amazing pump, incredible focus without the jitters, and easy on the wallet – hands down my favorite preworkout. Once they switched the name, the pump and focus stayed the same, but now I get terrible diarrhea immediately following just about every workout. I have switched on and off from different preworkouts, and this was the third time I’ve gone back to B-Nox and I’ve gotten the same diarrhea each time – only from B-Nox, not the other brands. So I think I’m done with it for now – at least until they “rename” it again…
TLDR: Bullnox has served me well; however, recently it’s been a better laxative than preworkout for me

B-Nox is now one of my Favorites. Its fantastic. I feel good to go very quickly after taking it and it does make you feel stronger. The feel is somehow different than just a normal caffeine pre-workout like Assault. This is a good all-around pre workout, not 10/10 on pump, and not the most stimulant that you can buy but if I had to only have one pre workout for the rest of my life to take every morning, it would be this one. Side note, The flavor, drinkability and mixability is top notch. 10/10 on all of those. The strawberry lemonade tastes so good. I dont believe that you should buy pre workout powder for its flavor but that was a very nice surprise. Hands down best tasting pre workout by far.

I am new to working out and have been turned onto this awesome product. I drink it about a 1/2 hour before workout and it PUMPS me up. I am talking like Meth energy lol j/k. You mix a scoop of it with 6-10 oz of water and shake it up and pound it. I like the Strawberry Lemonade flavor it is tasty like a Kool Aid with a KICK!
By the time I get to the gym I am ready to go. It helps put in some serious reps either on the weight machines, elliptical, treadmill, stair master, or free weights. I can totally zone out and get into it big time. I started 2 weeks ago at gym. I could barely last 5 minutes on the elliptical. Now I am crushing 20 or 30 minutes sessions. Sure some of that comes from getting into shape but without this product I’d be too lazy or tired to put in that kind of an effort.
I take it usually at 2 pm as I am off at 2:30. By 3 I am so energized. You may want to try half a scoop at first as it can tend to keep you up at night. I have to take about 10 mg of melatonin to aid in sleeping. It is equivalent to about 3 cups of coffee without the crash. I am a firm believer in this product. I have also tried the watermelon flavor a co-worker had and it was equally as effective and delicious. No major crash at all with this product as apposed to Starbucks.
I’d so buy it again and will as soon as I am out.

This is by far the best pre-workout on the market.
Mixability is not great, taste is ok, it absolutely does its job. Caffeine content is not so high, instead it is balanced compared to others… but every time I purchased and use this product after a few weeks I start to notice symptoms of increased testosterone. Nothing crazy 🤪… but a noticeable difference for sure.

Let me start by saying I have used many different pre workouts over the years. All of them with varying results. No matter what, I always find myself coming back to B-nox. It works perfectly for me and I don’t see myself not using B-nox anytime soon.
I like that B-nox has just the right amount of caffeine. I do not get the jitters or the crash associated with high amounts of caffeine. I do still have the the right amount of energy for extended workouts. I also get a good pump with B-nox. I can see the veins pop in my forearms noticeably. I feel I get the best of both worlds with B-nox.
I also feel like I get a great mental boost with B-nox, I am very focused, and I just feel good overall. I don’t seem to get this benefit with our pre workouts. It’s a little hard to explain, but I just feel great when I take B-nox and go pound a workout. It is a very satisfying feeling.
I want to talk about the flavors and mixability of B-nox. First, B-nox mixes really well. Probably better than any other pre workout I have tried, no lie. I throw it in my shaker cup, add water, and shake for 10 seconds, and there are no chunks or bits of powder remaining, it’s a great selling point of the product. Also, the flavors are great. My go to flavors are grape, strawberry lemonade and blue raspberry. I like to drink these in the morning with some toast and scrambled eggs. I have yet to try the orange, but I am hoping to. Amazon usually doesn’t have the orange flavor available for some reason. I think there are some other flavors available too. I can’t speak on those.
Oh, one last thing, the price! B-nox is one of the cheaper pre workouts on the market. I think it’s less than a buck a serving. Great deal. A lot of pre workouts go for about $40-$50. This is a tick under $30 and I have the benefit of Amazon Prime. If you want a pre workout not overly heavy on caffeine, tastes great, want a good pump, is a good price, try b-nox. I have had good results with it.
