Calcium can go to places in your body that is not good for your health such as building up in your blood vessels and causing some types of kidney stones and can even leach calcium out of your bones. This vitamin makes sure that does not happen and that calcium goes into the bones and teeth where it belongs. Read about it online and you will come to appreciate this little pill and what it can do, I’ll be going into surgical menopause and hope this will help with bone issues that can come from that, seems like a good supplement i should be taking

In other words, Vitamin K2 could be said to be the “GPS”of calcium as it is believed that it places calcium where it should be. And Bestvite has it right to make it in the more absorbable mk7 form. I take 2 capsules (200mg) of vitamin K2 per day, as many studies suggest that this is the effective amount for vit K2 to do its wonders. In spite of all of the upsides of this product, I think it would be fitting and good to suggest that Bestvite should have this product tested by an accredited third-party lab for content and quality as a way to build credibility. Vitamin K2 is very important in the body, since it controls has calcium is used. Calcium in arteries is a major cause of heart disease, and if you lack K2, the calcium you consume can end up there rather than in your bones.
I suggest everyone take vitamin K2, since it can be difficult to get from foods. Vitamin K1, which is in green, leafy vegetables, isn’t the same as K2, and that form impacts blood clotting.
There are multiple forms of vitamin K2. This is the MK-7 type, which is a powerful one (MK-4 is another).
Be sure to take this with food or some fat, since K2 is fat-soluble and needs fat to be absorbed.
This seems to be good K2. The company is very clear about GMP certification and quality testing.

I’ve been taking a K2 supplement for well over 10 years and this Bestvite brand is comparable to others I have taken in the past at this dosage. Two things I look for in a K2 supplement is only having to take one capsule per day and that it be easy to swallow, and this one passes both of those requirements.
This bottle contains 120 capsules and you take only one a day so that makes this a 4 month supply which is a good deal at this price point. The capsule are not that small, but I did not have any problem swallowing them and I did not experience any digestive issues or any other side effects.
