First thing, this has no flavor, just an easy to swallow capsules. Love that I no longer have to take 2 capsules to obtain the 2 supplements as a part of my dietary intake.

I use this to help in recuperating from hard workouts,it helps flush Lactic Acid from your muscles.I take 4 capsules along with 2 grams of regular L-Arginine twice a day to minimize muscle soreness.

L Arginine and L Ornithine are a combination of amino acids that help produce nitrous oxide, which helps relax blood
vessels. This is useful for lowering blood pressure, making muscles etc. I recommend a book called Life Extension by Dirk Pearson and Sandy Shaw. Explains all about this.
