I’ve been using BESTVITE’s Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) 200mg and have found the transition from my previous brand pretty smooth. What I appreciate most is the use of silica instead of stearates for the anti-caking agent, which seems to maintain the capsule quality without the additives I prefer to avoid. These capsules are not too large, making them easy to take daily. The weights of the pill and the contents line up with expectations based on what it shows on the label, which is great. Safety seal was in-tact and the capsules came with a desiccant bag to keep moisture out. All positives.
