Best Vite is a solid company but it looks like not many people know about it. I have used many ALA brands over the years and found this one to be of highest quality, very clean and potent. I take it in the morning with some B-Complex and my tea. It gives me great focus and clarity of thinking to start my day. My over all energy has improved drastically with this ALA. I think ALA suppresses CD-38 and increases NAD+ indirectly. This is going to be my regular daily ALA. I will also try their Alpha GPC once my current brand is finished. And by the way, they don’t offer free bottles so my review is real 🙂

It’s not easy to find supplements without all the unnecessary fillers. I use this supplement with a stack 4x a day/ 6 days a week for 2 months then take a week break. It’s to put the carbs in the muscles to build muscle and not store them as fat. Great supplement. Will definitely buy again.

I’m not sure that this product is any different from the others but it was less expensive than the others. Sorry to sound so mercenary, but In like to save money. And I don’t know if I could tell the difference between supplements.

My doctor recommended I start taking Alpha Lipoic Acid to lower histamine production. I don’t know if it’s helping, but at least I’m not having any negative side effects.
