Nice and effective. Some people take this in the morning for mood enhancement, but they make me VERY sleepy, so I take 2 capsules at night, about an hour before bed. Body turns then into melatonin – conk.

This is my third bottle from this company. The last two bottles I had, there were only two ingredients, 5-HTP and rice flour; it has since changed to Ascorbyl Palmitate as a filler which causes horrible acne. I had to figure out what changed in my daily routine and was causing acne. I will no longer use something that causes acne. Rice flour is great, not sure why this was changed.
