I got these with the main goal of increasing hair growth. I have only been taking them for a few weeks, but I think that they are working! They are easy to swallow. I am looking forward to stronger and longer nails, too. Collagen has so many health benefits.

save your money, for real efficacy, you would be better off purchasing individual supplements like real C, curcumin, hyaluronic acid, NAC, resveratrol, that are delivered in effective doses. Sorry no result, this went into the trash.

They item is a plant based supplement that has been called a face lift without surgery. The idea is that the Phytoceramides heal from the inside out start making your skin fuller and softer there for younger. I have done some research and I am excited to see what this product we help my face with as you can see by the picture I need some help, I have very dry skin and deep lines near my mouth and in my cheeks. I am only going to use olay face wash and daily pink moisturizer so you know what I use and are using during taking this supplement. The pills are a capsule but sealed , they are slick so easy to swallow. They are a dark green and look to be liquid inside . I could not gather a smell from them. I took mine and I started on Saturday may the 11th. I took with breakfast. I don’t know if this is why but I have burping for a couple of hours after but nothing bad . This Product is also sourced from a GMP certified facility and formulated in the U.S.A and also Made with Natural Ingredients. I think all of this is important as well. I will be updated in 30 days and then again in 60 . I hope all this has helped and the updates do too! Thank You
updating and new pictures: I still have the burping and it still doesn’t last long. I have noticed some acne and red blemishes I didn’t have before and the only difference was the pill. But I am going to finish the bottle I don’t know if I really see a difference in my skin. I tried to get a picture the same light so I ended up take 2 more pictures I hope this has helped. I will after the full 90 days give my update and if there are changes in the star rating. Thank You
I finished the whole bottle of pills. In the time I took them My face broke out a lot. I thought it might stop cause I hadn’t had problems with break outs since I was a kid. Nope it didn’t a lot were close to the hair line and my chin and nose. I had burping the whole time I took the pills. Didn’t stop till I stopped taking them. I put up the last 4 picture’s of the empty bottle which had oil in the bottom and of my face I was trying to show the break out close to the hair lines. I didn’t see any real difference at all in my skin. I took the stars down to 3 because for me I just really did not feel like this was worth it and it didn’t seem to do anything . I’ve been taking collagen for over five years and have recommended it to anyone who mentions to me about joint pain or winkles. Works on both. It takes months of daily use to notice a difference, but don’t give up! This is a reasonably priced formula that is easy to swallow with no negative side effects.

This supplement contains both type I and type IIII collagen. I started taking biotin and collagen supplements when I suffered postpartum hair loss with my last child. I noticed an improvement to both my hair and skin as a result. Biotin can interfere with some lab tests, but there are no such concerns with collagen. This collagen is derived naturally from animal based gelatin (Bovine).
These supplements are powder-filled capsules which can be opened and taken with food/drink for those who cannot swallow pills.

As a gal in my 40’s now, I’ve been noticing finer lines around my eyes and such. I really wanted to try this out for a few weeks to see if this would make a difference at all.
Unfortunately, I haven’t seen much of anything, if at all…even after almost a month. I like the ingredients it lists, and I also like the fact that they are non-GMO. It’s a really good combination of ingredients that are very supportive and anti-aging, and it may just be that it’s the kind of supplement that takes a couple of months to really start to see results.
The capsules are large, and while there are 60 in the bottle, you take 2 daily…so it’s a 30 day supply. I took the recommended dose. The capsules are kinda big, but I didn’t have any problem swallowing them. I have to be careful with some supplements like this, as I can get nasty “vitamin burps” with lower quality ones. I did not experience that with these, so that’s a big plus in my book. I didn’t notice any kind of digestive issues, either.
Overall, this is just one of those things where YMMV. While I didn’t see results, others certainly might, and they DO appear to be of decent quality. I wish I could say I saw a difference, but…oh well. Maybe I might look into giving it another whirl a few years down the road when I get even more wrinkles, or when the ones I have are more prominent.

So far I’m happy with this collagen peptide supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There’s no discernible taste or odor. They don’t bother my stomach. I just think it’s a great way to get a little extra collagen boost especially as I get older!
