Great size, easy to use, simple roller. Works great on my heel/arch pain. I like how the nubs are flat, rather than spiky. The nubs are also a little hard, so personally I think it feels best when wearing socks. Rubber is solid and feels like it will last forever.

I can’t believe how much this helps. I have pain in my heal and up the back of my foot. I watched videos and started massaging it. That helped. I found this and it’s a game changer for me.. I use it on my heel and the back of my arch. It seems to break up all the tightness on the bottom of my foot and releases the tendons going up the back. It’s so simple and so inexpensive it’s totally worth trying. I’m going to buy one for my mom. Wow I don’t know for me it absolutely helps better than anything.

This product would be great if the nubs were a bit softer or larger (or a lot smaller). As it is, it’s not comfortable to put a lot of weight on this. But the part that really gets me is inside the holes on either side, there is some plastic protrusion that makes it impossible to use two fingers in the holes to roll it over an area. So it’s pretty much only for floor use, or with other equipment.
