Directions say to add 1 scoop to 8 ounces of water. I put it in my blender and mixed it for a bit. It fizzed in my blender and my cup! Interesting. It continued to fizz in the blender and my cup – you can hear it – but it doesn’t fizz at all in my mouth.
The taste is green but also sweet. To be honest, it would be soooo much better without the stevia – like a lot. I do not prefer sweet flavors mixed with greens as to me it is always an odd flavor profile. Is it terrible – no – just not for me. Plus, it stays slightly ever so gritty – I guess all the goodies do not dissolve fully. So instead, I put it back into my blender and mixed in some ice and a non-sweet protein powder and it was so, so much better that way for me. That is how I will have it in the future.

I don’t eat a balance diet. I really don’t care for green foods, for years it was the smell, which could have been the way it was cooked. Now I have the excuse of lack of teeth/dentures to eat most of them.
This makes a great substitute. I tried it was just water, and thought, oh no not going to like this. So I mixed it with my morning smoothie and it was quite tasty.
The price is a little out of my range, so for that reason only I doubt I will order more.

Ideally everyone should be getting all the nutrition and vitamins they need from their food daily. However we all know this does not happen in general. This is a great supplement to help you get some of your fruits and vegetables and all the nutrition that goes with them into your diet. This is your typical green flavor with added Stevia, which I’m not a huge fan of. Overall this seems like a great organic lineup of fruits vegetables. Taste is not bad, again it is a green drink, if you’ve had them before you know what to expect. I use a mixing ball and a shaker to help blend this product with my water. You can use it by itself or mix it with your other supplements as well, which is what I do most the time. It’s just one big huge healthy cocktail. I love that this is organic. Always my first choice when possible. Seems to be a nice quality product. Recommended.

Out of all the green veggie powders I have tried I don’t believe I have ever tried they blend that includes dandelion greens. Dandelion greens have numerous health benefits and are super healthy for you so I was really excited about that. Back in the day a long time ago people used to eat them in salads and make wine. They were considered a super food.
This also contains matcha tea, which has a small amount of caffeine but probably not a high amount in this mixture. I notice a slight natural increase of energy after I drink this but it is nothing that makes me jittery or crash like caffeine from coffee does. Just a little pick me up.
The taste is actually really good, compared to some of the other powders like this I have tried. This is sweet and tastes a little fruity but not overwhelmingly strong. This does contain stevia, which can leave a slightly bitter taste on your tongue after drinking so if you aren’t used to it it might take a little warming up to it. I have no problem with this, however, and find this to be a great sweetener substitute. I will take this over corn syrup or sugar any day.
The only reason I didn’t give this a full 5 stars is because I feel that the price is a tad high.

I am a big fan of greens powders – it can be difficult for me to see that I get enough greens and vegetables during the typical day, particularly if I’m busy. Certainly planning out those meals can be hard.
On the plus side, this greens powder really has it covered. Pretty much every type of leaf you could imagine (check out the label), plus antioxidents and inulin. It stirs in easily and I like to think that I’m healthier for drinking it.
On the down side, the Berry Good Greens has a grassier taste than some others, despite the fruits. It’s not terrible, but it’s grassier than some others I’ve had.
Bought from Amazon, the price is good. Overall, this is a good addition to my daily routine – but if they’d tweak the ingredients a bit it could be even better.

I like making a smoothie each morning to start off my day and in addition to using a scoop of protein powder, I also like to add a scoop of greens to add some fruits/veggies into my drink. I’ve used various different brand green powders over the years and always try to opt for organic when possible (ideally USDA certified) and also one that contains a nice broad spectrum of different plants. This BioActive Nutrients: Berry Good Greens works very nicely thanks to its great lineup of over two dozen different fruits, veggies, and nutrients. Everything is organic and non-GMO. It is also sweetened with monk fruit and stevia which adds a nice flavor to it, whether you are drinking it with water or mixing it into a smoothie with other ingredients. It provides a good energy boost to my day and I look forward to using it daily.

I have a scoop of this every morning and I feel energized for the rest of the day. The ingredients list is full of Organic fruits and greens with nothing artificial.
I usually just mix one scoop with a cup of water. The taste is just slightly sweet with a hint of greens and I am able to detect the various fruit flavors which is nice.
My gut health, immune system, and overall energy level has been outstanding for the past couple of months. One of the best Superfood Green mixes out there. Highly recommended and something I would not hesitate to use again.
