We were referred to use this from my son who is a health and gym junkie – we are in our 50s and will benefit from this. No side effects. We take at dinnertime with our meal. We haven’t noticed a significant difference but will continue to take it for the overall health benefits. Several of our family is taking for the health benefits. All natural beats prescriptions.

The capsules are easy to swallow and reasonably priced. They contain a variety of supplements, which are said to support immune functions, heart wellness, and gastrointestinal function. Said to be effective in reducing blood ferritin/iron levels. The bottle cautions not to exceed recommended dosages. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and those with a known medical condition are told to consult a physician before using this (or any dietary) supplement. Since results are not guaranteed , check with your doctor to see if these supplements are right for you.
