I’ve been using the drops for about 2 weeks now, daily, and I will contribute it to how I feel and how much weight i’ve lost. I regularly work out, but my diet needs some work. I would say that i’m consistently losing weight using a combination of supplements (including this one), working out, and a 50/50 diet. The taste is mild and very tolerable. I started this and it is easy to take and doesn’t have much of a taste. It has helped with heartburn but have gained 5 lbs with this medication. It has curbed sweet cravings and I feel full sooner , I also have been walking more. I should have had the opposite effect and be losing weight but NOPE. Eating less and walking more gaining 5 lbs..
