These taste surprisingly good! You can get a little hint of the cinnamon if you are really thinking about it, but I only picked it out as I was trying to taste for it.
While I can’t vouch for the quantity in each gummy, I can say that if the label is correct these are a good Zinc, Vitamin B6 and B12 supplement with some other added items. While there isn’t much science behind the other items, the benefits of this supplement are hard to ascertain.

These berberine gummies are a bit like fruit snacks in both texture/firmness and flavor. They are supposed to be pear flavor, but I think they taste more like berry (and they are shaped like berries, so …). Besides berberine, this supplement also includes vitamins B6 and B12, zinc, chromium, Ceylon cinnamon, fenugreek, bitter melon, turmeric, milk thistle, and black pepper. The blend of ingredients is targeting metabolism, cholesterol levels, energy production, and nerve function. I typically consider berberine and Ceylon cinnamon as helping with blood sugar levels, which this supplement contains both and it seems to work well in my observation. The inclusion of black pepper, I assume, is to aid in absorption. If you happen to take some of the other ingredients separately, then there is convenience of them being combined in this supplement (assuming the amounts are sufficient for your needs).
The gummies come in a clear plastic bottle with a white plastic lid. Being that the bottle is clear, I would recommend storing them in a dark place to protect them from light. I’ve found with gummies in general that you want to try and consume them rather quick and not let them sit around for too long or they start to get hard (so far, these seem to be doing well to stay moist and chewy). These gummies are all natural, sugar free, vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, gelatin free, and made in a GMP certified facility. I was surprised that they are sugar free as the flavor is still sweet, and it seems this is achieved through the inclusion of monk fruit. It also shows as having natural pear flavor, so this may also contribute some to the sweeter flavor. I found the flavor to be nice and I enjoy these gummies.

i have been trying to take a berberine supplement in standard pill form, but i was unable to take as directed just because i kept forgetting. these gummies on the other hand have the opposite effect, as it was impossible for me to take as directed just because they taste so amazingly good. it was easy to ignore the directions and keep myself from just eating two per day.
okay, so they taste good. really good. however i wanted to take berberine to see if it would have any effect on my cholesterol. i have an appointment with my doctor in a couple of weeks, and just had a blood draw to check my levels, so i will report back. i really hope they are doing something because i LOVE these things!

perfect consistency not hard to chew. packed with everything most people forget to take. berberine is on the higher side mg wise which is good. I like the additions of chromium and zinc. b vitamins is a plus. black pepper helps with absorption. priced on the higher side. but, you get what you pay for.

These gummies are shaped like berry molds but are pear flavored. I like the taste of them. It’s kind of sophisticated in comparison to other gummies I’ve had. I would call it an adult curated flavor. Although the cinnamon is significantly subdued, I think I can detect it each time I try one. Every time I try one I think about the flavor actually. I know it’s pear but there’s other stuff in it. It’s really good. I like the nutrient mix in this gummy too. It has fenugreek, bitter melon, milk thistle, artichoke and black pepper. I have taken berberine and milk thistle for liver health in the past. I guess we’ll see if there are any benefits over time. They taste great so no complaints here.

I’ve been taking berberine for a while now but always just typical capsules. I decided to try these gummies instead mostly for something different but also because they include other nutrients, like Vitamin B, Zinc, and chromium. Plus they are sugar free and sweetened with monk fruit.
These are very high quality and are securely packed. You get two 60 pack bottles, which is a 60 day supply if you take two per day (I take one in the morning at breakfast and a second at dinner- primarily for blood sugar management).
The best part about these is the superb taste. By far the best tasting nutritional gummies I’ve ever tried. They are pear flavored – but it’s like a very high end pear candy flavor. I have to restrain myself from eating more than the one at a time dosage I follow.

I wasn’t opposed to capsules or gels, but usually prefer a gummy form if available i was hesitant since I’ve had a history of gummy’s being bad in taste or flavor, but the reviews definitely stood true with this product, you’ll find a sweet, tasty gummy in this berberine supplement. I wanted to start taking this supplement in hopes to support boosting my metabolic rate, paired with a healthy diet and weekly exercise, and after four weeks of using this product, I can say if you do all the right things to have this supplement be effective, it will definitely work in your favor. For anyone seeking the same as me, I highly suggest giving this product a shot. I will definitely be buying again once I run out.
