I like the combination of ingredients to support digestion and immunity support. What’s great is the one capsule daily recommendation and no added fillers. Less supplements to take. The capsule is easy to swallow and I experienced no negative reactions. The expiration date on my bottle is 05/2027.

I chose these for the high potency dose of berberine and ceylon cinnamon, and am intrigued (in a good way) by the additional inclusion of apple cider vinegar, turmeric, Bitter Melon, Holy Basil, Milk Thistle, Fenugreek, and Gymnema Banaba. You just have to be cautious you’re not doubling up on any of these additions if you take other supplement blends as well.

As the title suggests, these arrived with the correct number in the bottle. The capsules were not stuck together, as some others have been. They are standard capsule size and easily swallowed. I don’t keep them in my mouth long enough to taste them, so I can’t comment on that.
As I don’t own a laboratory, I can’t attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. It’s best to approach the use of any new supplement, with an open unbiased mindset.

I got these because they said they are made in the USA. The bottle doesn’t reflect that. I’m guessing Made in another country and distributed by NutraFuse. Major flag for me as other countries don’t have the same regulations that we do.
That being said, I did try them, double sealed bottle with a great blend of ingredients. I didn’t notice any odd tastes or have any bloating or stomach issues after 2 weeks. I take berberine daily and I had not change in my health while taking these which means they were keeping me on my consistency track. That is a good thing. Not sure it will continue taking as I’m not sure about them without the made in USA labels on the bottle. Which if it was would be visible for better sales.
