I’ve tried quite a few of the CWENCH flavors so far and this one is my favorite now. It’s kind of like a fruit punch with a tart kick to it. This one like the others is sweetened with Stevia and the sweetness is just fine with it balancing the tart. There isn’t any of the lingering aftertaste I sometimes get when a drink uses too much Stevia. It all comes together and provides a good feeling of hydration more so than just normal water which is what I’m after.
I like the containers. I find the squared off shape more comfortable to hold and it’s nice not worrying about glass. Price wise it’s on the higher end for an electrolyte drink in my opinion with what I normally buy. Coming in right now at 3.33$ per drink. If this was in the 2.50-2.75 range I’d be happier. It doesn’t feel unreasonable at the current price but I’d be more inclined to buy it more frequently at a little bit lower.

I really liked it! The rainbow swirl flavor was delicious, not too sweet but still flavorful, which is a win for me. It’s sweetened with Stevia, but I didn’t find it overpowering like I expected. Plus, the mix of electrolytes really helped me out after a long, hot day. It has sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, which is perfect for rehydrating after sweating a lot.

Decent electrolyte drink. Not sweet but not a great fan of the flavor. Its a multi-fruit type mix flavor so it was tasting a bit like medicine to me. Tastes much better when refrigerated.

I’m not a huge fan of hydration drinks but these are great to take to work and get something other then water to help stay hydrated. Flavor isn’t really my tastes but hey at least it has more flavor then water.

I’ve gotten tired of the normal Gatorade and Powerade flavors out there. I generally don’t drink soda. So I’m always on the lookout for other options. As these go I couldn’t quite place what flavor rainbow swirl is suppose to be. I mean it’s definitely citrusy but the different fruits blends together so well that I couldn’t place one above the other. I had tasted this before but couldn’t place it. lol It finally dawned on me. It tastes like liquid Nerd candy. Been ages since I had those so I can’t remember which flavor of Nerds. Whichever it is I really like it. It also has a good aftertaste. Does it work as good as something like Gatorade when it comes to hydration and electrolytes and all the rest? I honestly can’t say. I have no way to measure it. But that goes for Gatorade and all the rest as well. All I can say I definitely like it. But that brings me to the price. Though I do like it it’s too expensive so I had to take a star off. If I was rich enough that I didn’t have to be normally frugal, I’d definitely keep buying this. But since I’m just normal middle class I can’t see myself getting more of this. Which is a shame because it’s good.

I know these are geared towards a specific need and purpose and not supposed to be a super tasty casual beverage but I do wish the flavor was a bit better. Its a little bit too tart or something to where I didn’t enjoy drinking them besides the benefits they provide.
My wife tried one and didn’t even want to attempt another one.
This could just be us, but I have a feeling its very polarizing.
Overall though its a very good beverage for the benefits portion of what you are seeking.

From someone who is used to powdered electrolyte supplements, this is delicious!!! It looks and feels no different than water. There was absolutely no sediment. Even though “rainbow swirl” isn’t a flavor like lemonade, this tastes exactly like you would imagine a “rainbow swirl” drink to taste. Typically when I think of a rainbow flavored drink, I would think of something super artificial. However, the ingredients are very clean on this. No artificial colors, no artificial sweeteners, and no added sugars. Each bottle is just 10 calories. This has become my favorite electrolyte drink. I save it for a “treat” before or after running or when I need something quick on the go. The biggest negative is the cost per drink. It’s also not as practical as bringing a little bit of powder with you.
