So I will say overall this supplement seems pretty good. Like it says on the the packaging, it’s an all-in-one daily boost jam packed with a bunch of different nutrients to support daily health.
I will say the smell is pleasant, when I first opened it I was pleasantly surprised to smell a citrus-y fruit punch smell but I thought it would translate to a super sweet over flavored drink. But once mixed into water it’s actually not bad, it honestly make me think of a citrus punch vitamin water.
Now if this was a dollar a serving, this would absolutely be a great addition to my daily routine. However, at the current pricing, this thing is a premium product and isn’t a great value. This prices out most people considering this is supposed to be a daily supplement.
Maybe it would be easier to justify if it could replace all of my vitamin and mineral supplements, but it doesn’t have every vitamin that I currently take.
So I’m sure this is good for many people and I would absolutely join them, but not at this price point.

The product works and does what it claims to do. Unfortunately I found out that I am allergic to the mushrooms in the product. Were it not for this I would still be using it. I ended up scratching and itching all afternoon. Other than that it really does work. And it works almost instantly after drinking it. I was happy with the results despite the bad allergic reaction I had. The one drink I had was good and I hadn’t had the feeling of happiness & focus like that in a very long time.

I have seriously tried ever supplement product on the mark from Athletic greens, to bloom, to handfuls of vitamins and pills in the morning and nothing has covered all of the bases like Beam’s Core product. I’m in my mid-20’s, fairly athletic/consistent in the gym, and engage in all the mid-20’s activities you would expect – and I literally do not think I could survive my day-to-day without Core. I checks the boxes of all the ingredients and vitamins I generally lack in, gives me energy during the day for work or work outs, tastes amazing, and even simply makes me stay more hydrated. I just add one scoop to my water bottle every morning, blend it with my frother and I’m good to go.
I rarely ever write reviews on amazon products but had to jump in for this one for how much of a genuine change in my energy levels and physical health I have seen after using this product for a bit – such a hidden gem of a company/product.

Love beam Core. One scoop for a refreshing total body support beverage. It is quick, easy and avoids ingredients I am sensitive to such as dairy and gluten. It is a go to refuel. It is delicious and I trust the brand. This is a perfect supplement for essential vitamins and antioxidants.
