We originally bought the real thing from Sprouts it was around $70. Has a earth taste and smell.
We decided to purchase this one being the price and good reviews.
It comes with a plastice top on it under the lid which I didn’t understand being that you can only touch this product with stainless steel or wood.
I knew after comparing the smell of it with the real thing it wasn’t good.
Needles to say we are stuck with the product being that it’s a non returnable item.
Very disappointed and you definitely get what you pay for.

I’m a chef and have an understanding palette but I couldn’t get paste the strong awful taste and you can’t even return this so overall it was a waste of money for me. Packaged beautifully though.

Not totally sure if it was just this product alone because I did use vitamin D3, Zink and magnesium citrate along with the the product. My energy and mood definitely improved.

I have been taking this 10 days now and can absolutely tell my stamina has increased, my joints feel so much better, and I can now take long walks when I had to force myself before. I put a pea size dab on the little spoon and put whole spoon into my morning coffee….don’t taste anything but coffee…it dissolves completely.

I have tried many different Shilajit brands, This one however was superior. I love that this resin has ashwaganda definitely a mix that is unique!
Sure the taste is not the best, but as someone who has knowledge with Shilajit. I know that the purest form of Shilajit is supposed to be bitter.
I definitely would recommend BeBodywise to any of my friends!

It smells good, tastes natural, and worth the price, I think is naturally made and the quality is high, i feel better than before and when i take it, it calms me down and leaves me focused on what am doing. I feel a little more energetic than before.
