These capsules have a fairly low dose of nutritional supplements but are worthy of a try. I will finish this container and make up my mind whether to buy again. Everything listed on the container…I have. From dry skin to split ends to unhealthy nails. I am game for anything that will help improve my overall appearance.

whenever I don’t take these, I notice that my hair and nails are just not that strong. Now I wont’ go without a supplement. This one is a decent quality and I love the packaging. Great place to start if you are just starting out in taking supplements to improve your hair and nail growth.

I have been using these for a month now and I have noticed a difference in my hair growth. My hair is growing a lot faster than it did prior to this supplement. With that in mind, it doesn’t just work on the hair on your head. Your whole body hair grows at a faster rate. Leg and armpit shaving have definitely been more frequently.
My skin seems about the same, nothing notable to mention. My nails, they always grow fast, and again, haven’t noticed any significant changes there either.

It makes a difference. With the high level of biotin, I can only take 1 capsule and sometimes skip a day but over time it provides benefits.

The Beam Natural Beauty hair & nail supplement provides a mega dose of Vitamin A, C, and Biotin, all essential nutrients for building and maintaining healthy hair and skin cells. This Beam formula also throws in some extras for eye health as well with the added beta carotene and Lutien & Astaxanthin & Zeaxanthin, all in therapeutic ratios. The all vegan capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any negative side effects. However, I can’t say I agree with the price for only a 30 day supply despite all the good quality ingredients.

It’s hard to review supplements for their efficacy, but I’ll do my best on everything else.
First of all, all the packaging is stellar. I’m not sure if you really need the extra container, but I will reuse it so not a big deal. The bottle is small, which is nice for a change. I have never had capsules that had an intentional flavor, but these do and I love it. Again, a weird choice, but so far the company’s decisions are good. The ingredients and all the marketing pass my general sniff test, and the only issue I would have is the price point. I’m not sure if I would purchase this at this price, but I understand that supplements like this are pricey, and the little bells and whistles may add to the cost as well. Overall, a well thought out product.
