Nutricost BCAA Powder has become a daily staple in my supplement regimen. The taste is great and I usually mix it with flavorless creatine. It mixes easily with water with no clumps, and no residue, and provides a smooth drink. I know I’m getting all the powder without any clumping at the bottom, because once I finish the glass there is very little residue on the sides. Just to be sure I get every particle I can, I usually fill the cup up again with water and drink that. You can never hydrate enough. This container will last a month, which is a great value. Most importantly, it has a real impact on my exercise and recovery. I’ve noticed significant improvements in my endurance, and the recovery time post-exercise has been remarkably reduced. This BCAA powder has become an essential part of my fitness routine. I also learned the hard way that this stuff really works, because when I stopped using it for a couple weeks, I soon noticed the difference as my exercise performance started to decline. After starting back up again, I was back to achieving new gains. I highly recommend as a great way to boost your workout potential.

This Nutricost Hydration drink powder is nicely packaged into individual packets for hydration on the go. I like that it has amino acids included, because it can be sometimes be harder to eat in hotter weather, especially foods that we typically associate with high protein. So as a getting older person who needs more protein in their diet than I did when I was younger, I sometimes take amino acid supplements to help pick up some of the slack. So having them included in a hydration drink gives me one less thing to think about.
Mango is one of my favorite fruits and I do love the flavor of this hydration mix. But it is just overpoweringly sweet to me. I think I am rare in that I don’t like things too sweetened, but I could only make half of the packet of the drink to mix with 16 ounces of water. And it’s still a little too sweet for my preferences, but at least I can tolerate it.
Hopefully my husband will like it as I think he doesn’t mind things over sweetened the same way as I do. He has a physical job and the heat this year has been hard on him. So having hydration drinks on hand really help get him through the day. He likes mango too so I know he’ll be happy with this one.

this is my third flavor from this brand and i really like the other two better, despite peach being one of my favorite flavors. I found it to be too sweet – my daughter though says this one is her favorite flavor, so it’s up to preference. Performance wise it mixes well (although it does froth up a lot and i’m not a huge fan of that) it isn’t gritty, and it does have a nice flavor to it

These single serve stickpacks are foolproof and great for throwing in a gym bag. I generally take my BCAAs before/during a workout, so the convenience of a portable option isn’t necessary, but if I was using the gym at my work or on my way home, these would be awesome. Throwing tubs of powder into a gym bag is risky (you only have to have a container of protein open once in your gym bag to change your ways). Dosing single serving sizes out into plastic bags will get you dirty looks (don’t ask me how I know). These are the perfect travel option.
I’ve tried a handful of the Nutricost BCAAs and the peach mango flavor is up there with the best. I prefer the peach rings flavor over this peach mango, but this peach mango has less of the extreme sweetness that you get with some artificially sweetened supplements.
