I chose the watermelon flavored nutrition powder as the base for my recovery mix and I’m glad I did. It tastes better than most energy mixes I’ve tried. I actually look forward to consuming it while I’m working out. The only problem is mixing the powder with water. I first tried stirring it up in a glass, but the powder coagulated on the surface. I guess I’ll have to start shaking the mix up in my water bottle, although cleaning those is always a pain. I haven’t noticed any change in my recovery, but a good tasting liquid always helps with keeping hydrated.

This Pre-Workout Powder provides plenty of energy for me. I get a nice little burst of energy, then I get in the mood, getting hyped for my workout. Even though it has a good amount of caffeine per serving, It did not give me jitters. Did not feel like my heart was about to explode, It just gave me a nice little burst of energy. The Blue Raspberry flavor is not overpowering and has a nice sweat taste. The taste might be a little on the weaker side but that is how most Blue Raspberry flavors are (to me anyway). I just add a scoop in a shaker bottle with abut 18 oz or water and some crushed ice. Drink it up and eat the ice while getting motivated. Works as intended and overall I am happy with this pre-workout mix.
Packaging & Delivery:] The packaging is as expected and arrived without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised.
[Summery:] All in all I am very happy. I am comfortable with the 5 stars. I have no problem recommending this pre-workout mix or the seller.

I take this to increase muscle and to help recovery. I used to drink protein powder after workouts, but what my body needed is amino acids and carbohydrates. I drink this mixed with creatine 15 minutes after a workout. I eat a small meal with carbs 45 minutes later. This works very well for me and this product definitely helps. It’s contains 7g of BCAA’s and has a great watermelon flavor. The suggested one scoop serving mixes fairly well in water with some clumping. There’s a two month supply if taken daily. I take this only on workout days unless I’m dieting then I take it daily to help preserve muscle. Great quality, made in the USA, and a good value for the amount.

When I ordered I paid an extra fee for Expedited Shipping but it was supposed to come between 6 Oct and 10 Oct. I asked the seller to drop the delivery fee since they were late but instead, they refunded the entire order. I thought they were being nice but when the product arrived here I noticed the Expiration date was about to come (I received it on Oct 16 2023 and the Expiration was for Oct 25, 2023) and the product didn’t have a nice look. Different from what I usually see from other manufacturers this is a low-quality product, the powder doesn’t mix so easily with the water and the flavor isn’t so good. Overall, with my experience chatting with the seller and after receiving the product, I do not recommend this product to anyone. There’s a lot more options you can find out. Not buying any more from these guys.

This amino matrix has a good watermelon flavor with the right amount of sweetness. It has a decent ingredient profile in the nutritional table, and I feel good to drink it for a quick muscle recovery. Everything is good besides it is expiring in 3 months when I got it. I feel disappointed.

I use this as a intraworkout drink along with a scoop of a electrolyte drink. The combo lets me give my body everything it might need to keep going and push in a workout. It also insures that my nutrition is on point because my diet is always great. I use this only when i am in training, and it makes a difference. The price point is a bit on the high side but if I can get on sales, I will grab it. Great Product.!
